What's happening on June 11th?

I do like a mystery. And this is starting to snowball into something of a cracker. We are not talking Murder, She Wrote or Columbo here. But all the same this has got us thinking...

According to the latest podcast for VG Chartz Sony are going to make us all very happy on June 11th. That's it. No more information, apart from the inplication that said announcement is for something that Xbox 360 owners can only dream of. An Xbox 360 that survives beyond 6 months without failing?
